INFORMATION, TIPS AND RESOURCES, HEALTH RELATED
You'll find lots of information, either of use if you care for a family member or a friend who has dementia, but also if you are a professional working in social care. The list of pages has been developed by collecting the views and experience of a wide range of people - mainly the dementia challengers on Twitter.
There's a separate section on Care, with lots of pages under that tab.

This is the front page for health related resources, with different pages set underneath which you can access via the drop down boxes.
You'll find information regarding visits to the hospital or dentist, consultations with the GP, medication and much more.
There are a wide range of tools and apps you can use to record and store health information. Here are a few, please note these are not endorsed by me and there are many others; these are just those I've come across
Kuradocs: to organise, track and share health, care and wellbeing information about loved ones and those you care for.
My Care Matters: A secure online place to record the information you want health professionals to know about you as a person.
If there's something missing from this section, please do let me know and I will do my best to add it.
